Food sensitivity testing is a blood test that measures the amount of IgG antibodies your immune system is producing towards various foods. It is normal to produce small amounts of these antibodies, but when the levels become elevated it can be a sign that your body is generating inflammation in response to these foods.

Inflammation is at the root of all sorts of problems: pain, feeling tired, depression, skin concerns, digestive issues, and the list goes on.
