What to Expect
If you've booked a phone appointment, Dr. Rachel will call you at the designated time for your appointment. If you've booked a video appointment, the instructions for connecting with Dr. Rachel can be found in your booking confirmation and reminder emails.
Your initial appointment with Dr. Rachel will run approximately 50-60 minutes and include a full health history with a focus on your area(s) of concern, and an initial treatment plan.
During your first visit, please be prepared to answer questions about the following:
-
Prior and existing medical conditions
-
Current medications and natural health products
-
The names and contact information of your current health care providers

-
Regular blood work (e.g. cholesterol, vitamins, blood sugar, liver function)
-

Your treatment plan will depend on your concerns, your preferences, the treatments you are already receiving (from other health care providers), and what you feel is doable. The ways that Dr. Rachel treats include:
-
Diet and lifestyle recommendations
-
Supplementation
-
Herbal medicine
-
Bio-identical hormones
